2009 vs. 2011

Hello and good day all! In this post, I would like to talk about body and weight. Yeah!! I know that I'm too skinny, and plum compare as before. Yeah, some of my friends say, "Well Awien, your appearance show that you totally happy right??" itu perli yang pedas okay. No biggie friend. No heart feelings. But, hell yeah!! they're totally right about me. When I go through my oldies album on facebook , I've found my picture when i was working at Kenny Rogers Roaster. As you can see the picture below :

Yeah!! That's me 2009 (end of year I guess) Skinny right??? Even I ate Kenny Quarter Meal almost everyday. *sigh

Okay!! Now, above picture was taken on early October 2011. As you can see, my fat enjoy their appearance :/ *please ignore my tiredness + sleepy face


Currently, I'm in my program to lose my weight and body curving. Hoyeh!!! I'm not the person who takes and do drugs or Mary-J just to lose my weight. *Fucking bullshit that methods okay! So, I'm hoping that I can see some changes after a month from now. Wish me luck people.

My very own spaghetti which rich with mince beef and meatball and mushroom too!! Yummay right???

Actually, should use spaghetti. But my mom bought this wrongly. She took fettucini. I just use it :P Nice what!!

Now ready to eat. There's que outside my house craving for this. Nom nom nom!!!!

Saturday Special

Hello, and happy Saturday. Because of today is Saturday, i have to plan to cook some special meal today. I'm gonna cook my very own meatball beef bolognese spaghetti. (I'll mix meatball and mince beef together)

My mom always told me, "If you want such a nice diet, you have to pick such a healthy food". That's what my mom told me. Alright, now I'm waiting for all this frozen stuff to defrost. Such a long time. Cant wait when it's done :)

FABULOUSITY ARRIVES IN SETIA ALAM, MY PLACE MALAYSIA!!! When??? Next week. I just feel amaze and unbelievable that finally this hot mama will be around our lovely country next week!! Yes people, next week. Awwww. Wish to meet her. As if I can.

HER Husband Sweet Like Candy

I wondering kak Salina enjoying her anniversarry present gratefully. Oh! For your info, kak Salina is my office mate which is so cheerful and modern working mom. She's so nice to me. This morning, there was parcel man came and sent parcel to office. It's named on Salina Sapuan. All of our section was wondering what was that. (kinda busy body aren't we??). After she open it's wrapped, guess what. It's an apple fruit, no!!! It's an Ipad 2.

She's wondering, who's the sender??? When she opened that box which make me envy, a piece of note written "Happy 11th Anniversary". Wow there!! Her husband so amazing. Gave her an Ipad 2 as the present. So sweet right. She's got an Ipad, her husband got Ipaid! LOL. 

WHEN THE PRESSURE GOES DOWN

Good day everyone!! It's been a long too long I'm not updated my blog. The only one blog i have. Maybe I'm too busy enjoying my life. *preparing my wedding reception. hahahahaha. Okay, let's talk about wheather. As we can see here, the rain and sunny not consistant each single day. So people, let's take care of other's body, our body. Keep your health maintain and ensure to water your body.

I'm not totally okay right now, Yesterday, I've went to Mediveron Setia Alam because i thought I got fever. But, after check up, doctor found out that my blood pressure decrease drasticly. Oh no!!! No wonder i felt like wanna faint while dating with my lovely Razak. awwwwww.......

What am I gonna do?? I'm gonna do whatever uit takes to bring back my normal blood pressure. Dammit!! I need to stay health. I'm still teen, young!! I have to stay in good condition. Otherwise, it will be worst when I wanna have babies soon. People, I'll pray for your health. Please do pray for me. Thank you. XOXO
