2. Magisnya, komposisi susu ibu itu akan mengikut nutrien dan makanan yang diambil semasa ibu itu berpuasa. Dan semasa berpuasa, secara automatis badan ibu akan membuat perubahan terhadap metabolic adaptionshariannya untuk memastikan produksi susu tidak terganggu.

Pengalaman Bersalin Normal

Assalamualaikum semua!!

Syukur Alhamdulillah. Diberi kesempatan nak mengupdate blog yang tak seberapa ni. Sejak dah ada baby boy ni memang tak menang tangan. Busy memanjang. Biasalah...first time jadi ibu. Hehehe. Agak-agak entry kali ni tentang apa ya? Mesti kotang dah boleh agak! Of course pasal pengalaman bersalin lah. 

Kita manusia sekadar merancang dan hanya Allah yang menentukan. Alhamdulillah saya telah selamat melahirkan baby boy pada 8 April 2015 jam 2345hrs. Jom...saya nak cerita kronologi melahirkan Baby boy saya yanv bernama Muhammad Arryan Rizqin. 

Tarikh: 8 April 2015

Jam: 0600hrs

Masa ni macam biasa bangun pagi buat nasi goreng untuk breakfast. Then kejut husband pergi kerja. Tapi husband cakap "Abang rasa nak MC lah hari ni. Tak sedap badan". Then dia sambung tidur. Kita pulak exercise macam biasa guna fitball. Orang kata kalau exercise guna fitball dihujung kehamilan ni memang bagus. Oh ya..masa ni kandungan berumur 36 minggu. 

Lepas exercise kita buat laundry sikit baju baju kotor. Sambil menunggu laundry tu siap, boleh pulak baring and langsung terlelap kat sisi suami. 

Jam: 1030hrs

Masih ingat lagi tengah mimpi makan soto. Tiba-tiba terasa macam "terkencing" then apa lagi....terjaga dari tidur. Terus bangun and air masin kelaur. Cuba untuk tahan, tapi gagal. Kalau kencing mesti boleh tahan lagi. Bila rasa air tu tak panas pun macam air kencing. Jangan-jangan....jeng jeng jeng!!! Aku nak bersalin dah ke??? Tapi kandungan baru 36 minggu. Terus kejut husband. Sempat jugak capai pad and pakai sebelum ke hospital. 

Husband apa lagi, dia lagi kalut dari kita ni. Drive siap nak pasang emergency signal. Tapi aku cakap tak apa...InsyaAllah sempat. Lagi pun aku tak ada rasa sakit-sakit lagi. So kitorang ke Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, Klang (HTAR)

Jam:1130hrs

Sampai dah kat HTAR. Husband deop kan aku kat bahagian emergency bersalin. Sampai situ, serahkan buku pink dan cerita kat nurse apa yang jafi. Then nurse suruh salin baju pink. (Kenapa baju bersalin kena warna pink eh?) musykil jap. Hahaha. 

Lepas dah salin tu, doctor pun datang and ajak buat CTG untuk 20 minit. Alhamdulillah jantung baby tak apa-apa. Cuma doctor hairan kenapa air ketuban aku dah pecah sedangkan kandungan baru 36 minggu dan aku tak ada sakit-sakit macam tanda bersalin. Aku just jawab mungkin dah tiba masanya. 

Lepas buat CTG tu. Doctor nak buat VE. Apa? Nak buat VE? Sebelum ni duk google VE, ramai cakap skait sangat. Alhamdulillah aku tak rasa apa-apa masa nak buat VE tu sebab praktik kan cara yang betul. Tips dia macam ni: tarik nafas masa doctor nak seluk and tenang. Sure tak sakit punya. Dijamin!! Apa hasil VE tu! TAK ADA BUKAAN LAGI. doctor tanya lagi ada rasa sakit-sakit macam senggugut? Aku jawab tak ada. Then aku diminta untuk tunggu sekejap. So sambil duduk duduk tu duk tengok orang lain yang datang. Macam macam orang ada dengan masalah yang diorang ada. 

Jam: 1230hrs

Datang seorang nurse cakap "Puan, kita nak masuk harum drip pada puan ya. Sebab air ketuban dah pecah awal, jadi kita nak masukkan antibiotik supaya baby tak kena jangkitan kuman". Aku pun angguk je. As long baik untuk baby, aku angguk je. Lepas tu nurse cakap. "Kejap lagi puan akan masuk ke wad. Kita nak pantau bukaan serviks puan". Aku ni dah lah seumur hidup tak pernah kena tahan wad. 

Jam 1345hrs

Aku ditolak ke wad 1A. Masih ingat lagi katil number 46. Katil last sekali. Tempat nun kat hujung penjuru. Kemain jauh kalau jalan dari pintu masuk wad tu. perut masa ni lapar tak makan tengahari. Datang septang nurse tanya "puan dah makan tengahari?" Aku jawab belum. Then aku mintak husband belikan makanan sebab nya waktu makan hospital dah lepas. Husband pun pas hantar makanan terus balik. Katanya akan datang pada waktu melawat pukul 5 petang nanti. Lepas je makan tengahari aku berjalan pusing satu wad. Macam macam ekspresi muka aku tengok. Ada yang nangis tak tahan sakit. Ada yang lesu. Ada yang macam sihat sangat haish macam macam la. 

1430hrs 

Datang nurse dan doctor buat pantauan. Nurse tu tanya ada sakit-sakit tak? Aku cakap tak ada. Then aku rest. 

1600hrs

Akud ah mula rasa sakit macam nak senggugut. Kalau dari skala 1 hingga 10, sakit dia macam level 1 macam tu. then datang nurse check perut. Dia check jantung baby and check perut. Dia tanya "ada rasa perut mengeras tak?" Aku jawab ada tapi tak kerap and tak lama. Then aku dibawa ke bilik untuk VE. Masa buat VE dengar doctor cakap kat nurse, "dilatation 2cm. Baru buka 2cm" then aku disuruh kembali ke katil. 

Jam1700hrs

Nurse bagi drip antibiotik lagi untuk elak jangkitan kuman pada baby. Then waktu melawat pun dah tiba. Husband datang dengan segala keperluan yang aku kirim. Kejap-kejap aku rasa sakit. Datang nurse lalu and check kat fail. Nurse tu cakap "puan baru bukak 2cm. Paling awal pun nak bukak sampai 8cm tu tengah malam nanti. Mungkin esok baru bukak. Tapi kalau esok tak bukak gak, kita induce ya. ". Aku diam je. Dengar perkataan induce terus tak boleh duduk diam. Ye lah kalau boleh nak bersalin noal tanpa sebarang ubat. Then aku pun jalan-jalan lagi. Memang tak baring kat katil. 

1900hrs

Aduhai. Terasa sakit makin kuat and kerap. Tiba-tiba jadi stress je. Lagi stress tengok orang katil seberang dah menangis-nangis. Aku tak nak join menangis macam tu. so aku tarik nafas dalam dalam and hembus perlahan-lahan. Memang teknik ni dapat kirang kan sakit and try untuk alihkan pemikiran terhadap sakit tu. alhamdulillah menjadi!!

Masa melawat pun habis and husband keluar. Ingat kan dia terus balik. Tapi dia cakap nak makan di cafe kejap. 

2000hrs

Nurse datang untuk check jantung baby and timing contraction. Nurse cakap "timing contraction tak kerap tapisekali contraction tu datang lama sangat" then dia ajak pergi buat VE. Sementara nak tunggu doctor untuk buat VE. Aku sempat lagi berjalan keluar masuk bilik untuk VE tu. hahaha. 

2045hrs

Hampir 45 minit aku tunggu. Finally doctor datang and aku baring macam biasa. Then aku dengar "Dilatation 8cm" then doctor tu panggil seorang lagi doctor untuk sahkan. Yang seorang doctor ni pun datang and check....she said 9cm. What??? 9cm dah bukak. Apa lagi. Terus dia jerit minta troli la.

2100hrs

Masa ni di tolak ke dewan bersalin. Sempat aku call husband cakap dah tiba masa. Sempat minta maaf kat husband, ibu and ayah serta keluarga yang lain. Then aku serahkan handphone aku pada nurse untuk pas to husband. 

Sampai kat dewan bersalin tu baku dimasukkan kat cubicle number 5. Mang ada privacy nak bersalin. Cuma boleh dengar orang sebelah teriak-teriak.

2130hrs

Doctor datang and beritahu teknik nak push and tanda betul-betul baby nak keluar. Masa tu dia periksa. Dia cakap bukaan dah 9cm tapi baby masih jauh kat dalam. So doctor bagi masa untuk baby bergerak keluar. 

Sqmbil menunggu tu. aku dengar macam macam. Suara orang macam nak putus nyawa. Diiringi suara pasukan aorak bagi semangat dan diakhiri tangisab bayi. Aku pun dah mula terbayang macam tu ke saat aku nak lahirkan baby nanti. Tak sabar nya rasa. 

1135hrs 

Tunggu punya tunggu tiba-tiba aku terasa macam nak berak sangat. Berak macam dah tak membuang seminggu. Sembelit gitu. Aku mula panggil nurse yang ada kat situ. Aku cakap macam nak terberak ni tak boleh tahan. Nurse panggil doctor. Tiba-tiba datang dalam 5 orang sekali bagi aku sokongan untuk push. Betul rasa nak terkeluar. Alhamdulillah tepat jam 2345 hrs baby pun keluar. Masa baby keluar tu nampak dia dah terkebil-kebil. Lepas doctor angkat baru dia menangis. Aku dicucuk untuk kecutkan rahim. Then lepas dah potong tali pusat. Baby dibawa untuk cuci. Proses keluar kan uri pun lancar. Maka bermula lah proses menjahit.

Aku menunggu baby untuk siap dibersihkan. Tak lama lepas tu baby pun sampai and terus disusukan. And kami ditolak ke wad.

Aku dah boleh berjalan ke toilet and tak ada masalah untuk membuang air kecil. Then sambung berehat.

Baby dah buang air besar and air kecil.

Agak lama juga menyepi. Seronok sangat and enjoy my pregnancy moment lah katakan 😁😁😁😁

So this is the month I've been waiting for. Yes! Waiting for new family member. Waiting for my very 1st child. My bundle of joy. I can't wait. Nothing can express my feelings right now. 

Sekarang dah 9 months plus. So macam macam perasaan ada. Happy of course. Excited, totally. Tak kurang juga rasa berdebar-debar sangat. Rasa nervous lah. Maklum lah I tak pernah masuk hospital pr admitted. And ada satu lagi perasaan... Sayu... Yes! I rasa sayu... Sayu nak say goodbye to my pregnancy journey. Memang betul orang kata. Pregnancy moment or journey is really amazing. And cannot describe by word. The best feelings ever. Happened between you and the baby. Only two of us yang dapat rasa each other. 

Okay. So far preparation semua well done. Alhamdulillah dah prepare semuanya. Barang baby, my barang untuk bawa ke hospital pun dah ready je 😊

Now, prepare for mental and physical. Nak pergi bersalin ni dia punya risau macam nak pergi berperang. Nak kena kumpul tenaga. Oh ya! I still consume Shaklee set mengandung. InsyaAllah berpantang pun dengan set shaklee juga 😊😍

Since dah lama tak update blog, jom I belanja pic masa pregnant. Mana tahu lepas dah bersalin ni rindu nak tengok berbadan dua kan.
